Return and Refund Policy

 

Online Return and Refund Policy:

If a product arrives damaged or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within two days of receiving your order. We will then be able to agree on a procedure for the return and refund or to make an exchange. In both cases, however, you must return the products to us within 14 days. Please note, however, that you will have to assume the shipping costs for the return of the merchandise if you are not satisfied with it.

All products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all parts in order to obtain full credit. 

Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted on discounted products, special orders or sales made during the Boxing Day period. 

 

RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES:

It is important to indicate your name, phone number and reason for return. If it’s for a damaged or defective item, we also ask that you attach a picture of the product where the damage is clearly visible. A member of our team will contact you in order to validate the information we’ve received and will advise as to the return procedure.
